All the data we have is stored on servers within the European Union(EU). No personal data will be shared or transferred to any non EU organization.

Right of access You can obtain free information from us about the personal data we have stored about you at any time and get a copy of this information.

Alternatively, you can contact us and provide the changes you like to make, and we will then update your personal data.

Right to erasure (Right to be forgotten) If you wish to delete your account or any or all personal data we have stored about you, you can contact us, and we will delete that data from all systems. Please be advised there are laws in Germany (our base of operation) that require us to keep data about legal transactions for a prolonged period of time, those laws have priority over a request to delete the data.

VI. LEGAL BASIS FOR THE PROCESSING

Art. 6(1) lit. a of the GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing operations for which we obtain consent for a specific processing purpose, for example a newsletter subscription.
If the processing of personal data is necessary for the fulfillment of a contract with you, as is the case, for example, when processing an order or quote request, the processing is based on Article 6(1) lit. b GDPR. Keeping the data for a prolonged period of time is based on Article 6(1) lit. c GDPR to fulfill out legal obligations.
Automatically collected data is based on Article 6(1) lit. f GDPR, to secure and improve our Site and shop.
